This is our fourth blog post in one week! Wow! I must say we have been working extremely hard this week to get all caught up before these last few weeks of school! See how productive we can be when we are both out of school!!! I don’t think we should go back to school on Monday…what do y’all think :)?
Jacie is a cousin of mine and will be graduating in the next few weeks. She came over to Monroe for the afternoon to get some pictures done for graduation! Jacie was a perfect model and we had a lot of fun running around the town with her.
Isn’t she a beautiful girl??:

loving the little yellow flowers:

i love these last two:

unfortunately, today is the last day of spring break!
we both have to go back to school on monday! heather doesn’t have much longer until her graduation day. i counted today and there are only 25 school days left until summer! i think i can make it 25 more days. i am counting down and cannot wait for summer to be here! we have several weddings that we are excited about over the next few months so be on the lookout for more blog posts!

We are on a super busy streak right now, but just wanted to share a few pictures from a recent senior shoot. April is such a fun loving and sweet girl and it was a beautiful day for a shoot. She certainly made our job easy by just having fun! Enjoy!
love the blue sky:

i tried to steal her jacket:

big beautiful smile:

beautiful lighting:

try to stay warm these next few days. only in louisiana does it go from a high of 80 to a high of 50 in just one day. enjoy the rest of the week! we’re halfway to friday!

A couple of weeks ago, Miranda and I took some photos of my cousin Quint for senior pictures. And just thinking about him graduating highschool makes me feel soooooooooo old. But this is one of the sweetest and most polite (and COUNTRY) boys you’ll ever come across :). I had such a good time hanging out with him for a couple hours and taking pics. I’ve started going through the pictures, and I chose just a couple to go ahead and blog. See, isn’t he a cutie!

I happened to like this pic that I randomly took when he was talking on the phone. Gotta love that sunlight!

We have tons more to blog, and we’re working like crazy to get them all up! Till then, Happy Mardi Gras everyone!!!

So a few weeks ago we had sooooo much fun running around town with Allie. We got to shoot in some new locations, and it never hurts when your model looks like this:

Thanks Allie for being up for anything and just letting go and have fun
! We had a blast!

A few weeks back we shot a senior who is graduating this May. We had a lot fun because we got to try out some new locations around town - including the famous “pink house” in Monroe (anyone who lives here knows what I’m talking about).
Here are a few of our favorites:

and here is one from the “pink house” that is on top of a tall building in Monroe downtown:

hope your week is great!!

wow. we have been super busy these last few weeks, and its only gonna get busier. last weekend we had the opportunity to shoot not one but two seniors. it was our first chance to shoot twins and we had a great time. they were so much fun to work with.
we headed downtown to shoot a few:

then we headed over to the park for a couple:

can’t you tell they had lots of fun together.

well next week is spring break for us. you might think that means hanging out doing absolutely nothing…but instead for us the term break means having 4 shoots, lots of editing, and being the busiest that we have been since we started our business. (by the way…we are not complaining at all and we are so excited about everything coming up). be on the lookout next week for more!

we had some 4×6 postcard-like business cards made and we absolutely LOVE them. the quality is great with the glossy finish and thick, postcard paper. the pictures are on the front, and our contact info on the back.
so whatcha think?
