i’ve been going through some pictures i took over the holidays and thought i would post a couple. i took so many pictures over thanksgiving and christmas and they’ve just been sitting on my memory card. these are my only two cousins, noah and emily.
noah is having a birthday party this weekend so we will be shooting a couple of pics out in the sticks next weekend. he is one of the most loving little 5 year olds i know!
here is one of noah from christmas:

and here’s one of emily that i took way back at thanksgiving:

i hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. mine certainly went by fast, so i am glad to get tomorrow off!

We had a great time cheering our Tigers on in the national championship game last monday! They were truly a team of destiny, and they deserved to be in the big game over any other 2-loss team, in my humble opinion of course. anyways, here a few pics from our party.
us before the party:

we were so caught up during the game that i didn’t even get the camera out again until way after the game ended and after a lot of people had already left. so here’s a semi-group shot:

and the best coach in the land (yes, i admit i’m very partial) holding up the crystal football:

congrats tigers and thanks for a very memorable (and at times heart attack producing) season!!!

So since LSU is playing in the New Orleans dome on Monday for the national championship, we (with miranda’s aunt since she knows the city better than we do) decided to head down there this weekend to soak in the atmosphere and festivities leading up to the game. We weren’t able to land us some tickets to the game, so we have to settle watching it at our house on FOX. We are going to have a kicking party though with some friends and cheer on our Tigers. We’ll post some of those pics later this week (however, if LSU loses, you may never see those pics seeing as how I will try to put that night out of my memory
).
but anyways, on to new orleans pics:

yummm….new orleans tradition:

AllState had an area set up to give away BCS Championship gear, advertise, and so forth. They even had the actual BCS crystal football that is given to the winner of the game to allow people to see it and take pictures with it. isn’t it beautiful!

just some cool texture:

we took a ferry out that evening and got some beautiful city line pictures:

Hope y’all will all be cheering for LSU monday night against ohio state! Wish ‘em luck

Little Conner was born less than a week before Christmas, and we were asked to take some Christmas baby pictures. We both love baby shoots, and couldn’t turn down the opportunity. He was soooooo easy to photograph because he just slept….well, like a baby
Here are a few:

Well, that’s all for now. We’re off to New Orleans to soak in the festivities before the national championship game on Monday between our LSU Fightin’ Tigers and the Ohio State Buckeyes.Have a happy and safe weekend!

well… now that the holiday rush is over, i thought we should get caught up on a few shoots from the end of 07 that we never had time to post. amy called and she and her family needed some last minute Christmas pictures so we shot just a few.

hope you enjoy! check back within the next few days for a recent newborn shoot.
